A Little About Me

My name is Anne Pascale Elie, and I’m a licensed psychotherapist with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s complexities. My journey has been shaped by a unique blend of clinical training, mindfulness-based approaches, and a belief in the innate wisdom that resides within each of us.

My background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MS) as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I am also a nationally certified yoga instructor (RYT) and breathwork coach.

I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic approaches. I thoughtfully integrate these evidence-based modalities within a holistic, client-centered framework to support each person's unique path to healing.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals facing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. In every session, my goal is the same: to create a safe, affirming, and empowering space for healing to unfold.

The Vision Behind My Practice

At the core of my work is the belief that healing is not just about symptom relief; it’s about reconnecting with your authentic self. I envision therapy as a sacred space where clients can come as they are and leave with more clarity, courage, and self-compassion than they came in with.

I founded my practice with a mission to support clients not only through life’s hardships but also in their pursuit of growth, meaning, and emotional well-being. My approach combines evidence-based interventions with a deep respect for the human spirit. Whether we are untangling past wounds or building new inner resources, I believe in the power of presence, relationship, and the human capacity to transform.
