  • We accept cash, checks, or stripe payments as we keep a card on file through our secure SimplePractice platform.

  • At this time, we are out of network for all insurance providers and all services are private pay. A superbill may be provided at the client’s request to receive reimbursement for a percentage of the session fee.


    Keep in mind, there are benefits to private pay as it allows for complete confidentially by bypassing the need to declare an official diagnosis on your medical records, as well as freedom to manage your treatment without limits on the number of sessions you would be allotted by insurance companies.

  • Session are offered virtually via our secure client platform SimplePractice.

  • Prior to your first session, you will receive access to your unique client profile on our secure SimplePractice platform. There you will be able to complete the intake paperwork and review the practice policies. When it is time for your session, please log into your unique and secure link via the client portal.

  • No prep is needed for therapy. It takes so much strength to make that first therapy appointment. We are so glad you’re here!
